Last update: May 14, 2026
Backfooder is firmly committed against all forms of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). This page describes our standards, procedures, and externally published commitments, in compliance with Google Play requirements.
1. Zero-tolerance policy
Any content depicting, describing, soliciting, or facilitating child sexual exploitation or abuse is absolutely prohibited on Backfooder. This prohibition applies to all forms of content: text, images, videos, links, or any other medium. Any violation results in immediate account deletion and a permanent ban.
2. Detection and prevention
Backfooder implements mechanisms to detect illegal content, including user reporting and content analysis. Any attempt to circumvent these mechanisms is considered a serious violation of these standards.
3. Reporting to authorities
Any content detected or reported as involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is immediately reported to the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) via the CyberTipline, in accordance with applicable legal obligations, and, if applicable, to the relevant judicial authorities.
4. User-available tools
Every user can report suspicious content or accounts directly from the app using the report button. Reports related to minors are handled with absolute priority. Blocking features allow any user to immediately cut off unwanted contact.
5. Cooperation with authorities
Backfooder fully cooperates with any judicial or law enforcement authority in investigations involving minors. Necessary data may be shared upon judicial order in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Dedicated contact
For any report related to child protection or CSAE, you can contact us directly through the contact form or support email available on the platform. Urgent reports involving minors in danger should be addressed to local competent authorities first (police, law enforcement).
